Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • An active real estate license (or a willingness to obtain one).
  • A proven sales mindset with strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a commitment to exceeding goals.
  • Capable of managing your own schedule and working independently.
  • Eagerness to engage in continuous training, coaching, and professional development.
