Position Overview:
As a Factory Helper, your primary responsibility will be to assist our Machine Operators in achieving production goals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and maintaining a high level of productivity. This position primarily involves night shifts with a 12-hour work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Machine Operators to support production processes.
- Assist with machine setup, loading, and unloading materials.
- Perform quality checks on finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay: $17.10 per hour.
- Top-out pay: $18.00 per hour (achieved at 90 days).
- Weekly paychecks.
- Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Paid time off (PTO) available after 90 days.
