Overview
We urgently need candidates in the Atlanta/ Michigan/Texas market who are currently working as light industrial recruiter. We are specifically looking for individuals with high energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• This person will be responsible for:
• Recruiting high volume for Light Industrial positions
• Handling onboarding, offboarding, orientations, and counselling employees
• Partnering closely with hiring managers
• Know the local market to recruit candidates and attend job fairs and other events for recruiting opportunities
• Additionally, we would like this person to help drive new business development for new light industrial clients. While prior sales experience is not required, they should have the drive and motivation to pursue sales opportunities.

• 5 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with technical recruiting, talent management, and employee relations is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with HR sourcing can enhance team dynamics.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems
• Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
