Equipment Operator. Location: Heber Springs Transfer Station. Pay Range: $20-22/hr., depending on experience | Weekly Pay. Schedule: MondayFriday | Start Time: 7:00 AM | 10 Hour Days. Job Summary:Waste Connections is hiring an Equipment Operator for our Heber Springs Transfer Station. This is a physically demanding position ideal for someone with hands-on experience operating a front-end loader. In this position, you will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the transfer station. What Youll Do:Back into the building to hook up to empty trailers, unhook the truck, and operate an excavator to move and mange solid waste at the transfer station. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area. Perform daily inspections of equipment and report issues promptly.
