Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as a primary point of coordination with SaaS vendors and technology partners to align on environment needs, release schedules, and testing requirements
  • Work with vendors to anticipate upgrade impacts, manage dependencies, and avoid delays
  • Communicate effectively with global stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams
Risk, Compliance & Process Improvement
  • Ensure environments meet internal controls, security, and regulatory expectations common to investment management environments
  • Partner with cybersecurity and risk teams to support secure configurations and incident response activities
  • Drive continuous improvement in environment processes, documentation, and automation where possible
  • Maintain clear documentation, standards, and environment status reporting for leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience within financial services or investment management technology environments
  • Proven experience managing or coordinating complex technical environments across multiple applications
