Job Description: The Content & Creator Monetization team is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Content Associate to support asset management for scaling how content is sourced and surfaced across the creative ecosystem. In this role, your primary objectives are to help operationalize and map our growing collection of photos, design assets, backgrounds, icons, videos, and other media types between Stock, Express, and other apps. You will help coordinate initiatives with content leads, curators, and analytics teams to surface relevant assets to apps based on their requirements and needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply different technical expertise to varying project needs. Complex Excel formulas, experience with Terminal, and familiarity with ticketing systems will be needed to execute and report on project updates.
Responsibilities: - Ensure assets received are systematically organized and meet ingestion requirements
- Review, analyze, and audit assets and metadata against guidelines and standards for various acquisition initiatives
- Track volume targets across various asset parameters and collect information to communicate updates to stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with Content teams to troubleshoot issues and further streamline workflow improvements
Qualifications: - 3-5+ years of relevant experience in asset management or similar
- Strong experience with advanced Excel required
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, and the ability to combine and synthesize information from several sources into a coherent narrative
- Familiarity with creative applications and curiosity about/experience with content creation processes
- Understanding of licensing, rights, and clearances as they relate to content creation
- Knowledge of the stock industry, media, or digital content platforms is a plus
- Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages is a plus.
