6 months contract

Work schedule: M - F, 8:30 - 5 EST. Training M - F 10 - 5 EST for approx 2 weeks.

- The manager is really looking for someone who can hit the ground running supporting new and existing contracts; someone with a legal background.

** Salesforce exp is a big plus

Program contract facilitation.
The Analyst I, 340B Contract Operations is responsible for 340B Program contract facilitation. The role includes collaboration with internal teams including Legal, Sales, Implementations, Account Management, etc. Duties include drafting and negotiating new and existing business contracts utilizing a contract management software, and coordinating with various subject matter experts as further described herein. The Analyst I, 340B Contract Operations will interact with several different areas to successfully issue agreements, resolve client comments within contracts, and seek successful execution with team as appropriate.
