Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM practice

Our client is looking for a Global Project Manager to oversee various global ADP HCM projects, including a global WFM implementation and other small ADP-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide client-side project management services to support ADP client's global initiatives, including but not limited to a migration from eTime to Global WFM
• Drive proactive communication across project stakeholders and global organization
• Collaborate with ADP team to ensure client deliverables are aligned with vendor requirements
• Make recommendations around staffing needs, risks and solutions to ensure on-time and on-budget results

Pre-requesites:

• Expert in global project management
• Experience working with ADP Global teams
  • US, UK, France, Spain and China
• Working knowledge of ADP project methodologies and requirements
• Experience with eTime to WFM migrations and/or global WFM implementation is preferred

Level of Effort: Full-time, remote position
Start date in January 2026 with duration of 6-8 months and the possibility of extending.
