Job Description:
As a Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for partnering with our Wealth, Advice, and Specialized Relationships organizations to attract, source, and hire licensed financial professionals.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:

• Responsible for recruiting and building talent acquisitions strategies, processes and capabilities supporting business verticals.
• Will partner with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels.
• Create and implement sourcing strategy, execute the end-to-end recruiting process, conduct in-depth intake meetings with managers to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations while providing market insights and education.
• Identify the best online sourcing channels, organize targeted outreach events in the industry to identify high quality candidates and assess candidate quality, skills and fit for positions.
• Must have proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility and demonstrated experience developing acquisition strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills and a deep understanding of the labor markets and talent pools.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Prior experience recruiting in the financial services space preferred with the ability to handle 20+ requisitions in varying geographies across multiple hiring leaders.
• At least 6 years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to handle up to 25 unique requisitions.
• Prior experience recruiting in the financial services, banking, wealth management industries across multiple geographies.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, industry licensing and credentials and competitive landscape.
• Candidates need to be able to hit ground running.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $50.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
