CloudOps Engineer | FinTech | Dedham (Hybrid)
As a CloudOps Engineer, you will take ownership of production environments and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of a cloudbased SaaS platform. You'll work closely with engineering and customerfacing teams to support deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain seamless operations across the software delivery lifecycle. This role involves both handson technical work and highlevel problemsolving in fastmoving, distributed systems.

Location... Hybrid in Dedham (3 days/week)
Compensation... $110k-$160k (Flex) + Benefits
Responsibilities...
- Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and manage escalations.
- Deploy updates, apply hotfixes, and monitor production systems.
- Resolve complex technical problems beyond Tier 1 support.
- Prioritize and triage bugs with developers.
- Support customer integrations and thirdparty tools.
- Monitor infrastructure performance to maintain reliability.
- Automate workflows within CI/CD pipelines.
- 4+ years with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Handson experience with AWS or Azure in production.
- Scripting skills in Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with systems like Kafka, Spark, or Redis.
- Experience with CI tools and Git.
- Experience with InfrastructureasCode (e.g., CDK, CloudFormation, Bicep)
