As an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst III, you will play a critical role in configuring, building, and maintaining Epic Healthy Planet applications to support population health and care management initiatives. You will collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to implement Value-Based Care strategies and optimize workflows through Compass Rose functionality. This position involves analyzing data to provide actionable insights, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of Healthy Planet modules. Additionally, you will participate in testing, validation, and go-live activities for new features and enhancements, helping drive improved patient outcomes and organizational efficiency. Sary range from $90k-110k.

Required Skills & Experience

Epic Healthy Planet Certification (mandatory).
2-4 years of experience working with Epic Healthy Planet or related modules.
Strong understanding of Value-Based Care principles and workflows.
Experience with Compass Rose functionality.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
