We are seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing (ABM) Consultant to lead the design, execution, and optimization of our ABM strategies. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of building and scaling ABM programs that align closely with sales, customer success, and product marketing to drive pipeline growth, revenue acceleration, and customer expansion. This role is highly strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, data-driven environment and has deep expertise in B2B SMB marketing. As an ABM Consultant, you will design and launch a cost-effective, scalable ABM program tailored to our business model. You will lead strategy, technology selection & procurement, systems integration, team enablement, and early execution. This role requires cross-functional leadership and collaboration with stakeholders in marketing, sales, finance, and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, launch, and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Develop budgets, model investment/payback periods, and build compelling business cases for continued investment.
  • Partner with finance to support data-driven decision making.
  • Evaluate and onboard marketing technology and ABM platforms to maximize program efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to drive account-level success.
  • Measure and report on program impact using analytics and key tools.

Experience and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with dedicated ABM experience in strategy development and execution
  • Proven ability to build and scale ABM programs from the ground up in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Subject matter expert on the marketing technologies and ABM platforms within the space including, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo,Clay, and more.
  • Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and operations teams, communicating with executives as well as ground level operating teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience measuring program impact at the account level.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.


The hourly range for roles of this nature are $80.00 to $120.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
