Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
  

• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
  

• Planning and scheduling repairs.
  

• Overseeing and maintaining vehicles, equipment, and machinery.
  

• Inspecting the condition of tools and equipment.
  

• Transport material.
  

• Install and maintain shelving and storage.
  

• Trash containment.
  

• Oversee general upkeep of the building.
  

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or equivalency.
  

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the assignment.
  

• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  

• Certified to operate a forklift
  

• Ability to work individually as well as with others as a team.
  

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Frequently required to walk a long distance and stand for long periods of time.
  

• Frequently required to bend, stoop, or kneel.
  

• Occasionally required to operate the equipment. Must be certified.
  

• Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds or more on occasion.
  

• Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts.
  

• May be exposed to extreme heat or cold depending on the location and phase of the project.
