Role Overview
This role sits within the Client Development Organization and focuses on delivering actionable insights that help clients use Circana's data and technology more effectively. You will partner directly with a portfolio of clients to translate point-of-sale (POS) and consumer data into clear, strategic recommendations that drive business impact. The role balances insights delivery with client service, including identifying ad hoc growth opportunities, supporting implementation and onboarding for new wins, and proactively bringing ideas forward to help clients get more value from Circana's solutions. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, comfort working with complex data, and a proactive, client-first mindset.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions and ensure work is aligned across insights, client service, and implementation.
- Own and lead client projects and initiatives independently, with a strong focus on delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to support onboarding, solution transitions, and activation for new wins.
- Analyze complex POS and consumer datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights that drive client decision-making and performance.
- Build and maintain strong working expertise in Circana's Unify platform to help clients maximize value from the tools and data.
- Serve as a day-to-day client partner, providing thoughtful guidance and proactive recommendations rooted in data and industry context.
- Communicate insights clearly and professionally in client-facing conversations and presentations, adapting messages to different audiences.
- Manage multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously, maintaining organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Operate with a client-first mindset, delivering on commitments and consistently meeting client needs with reliability and professionalism.
Requirements- 5+ years of progressive experience in CPG, marketing analytics, category management, client insights, or a related analytics-driven role.
- Experience using Circana's Unify platform or similar analytics tools; ability to quickly build expertise in new technologies.
- Strong experience working with point-of-sale and consumer or shopper data, with a demonstrated ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and influence decision-making through data-backed recommendations.
- Comfort collaborating across teams and functions, including insights, client service, and implementation partners.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once.
- Clear, professional communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing settings.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
