Planview Data Analyst Senior or Lead

As a senior or lead data analyst in the Information Technology Process Control organization, you'll drive advanced data analysis and reporting initiatives within our Planview platform. As a domain expert, you'll employ Planview, analytics, and reporting tools to develop business-specific analysis, validate data, and improve reporting processes. You'll own reporting requirements, report generation, data accuracy, identifying efficiencies, and implementing solutions. Working independently and with others, you'll partner with all levels of management and collaborators to solve complex business challenges and deliver actionable insights to support organizational goals.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Planview, SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and Snowflake
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and partner with multiple levels of collaborators
  • Familiarity with IT processes and methodologies
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and solve complex analytical problems
Compensation
  • $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
