Compensation:
Pay Range: $60.00-$72.00 Per HR

Job Summary:
• We are seeking a Software Engineer for a remote-eligible contract role in the Madison, WI area.
• This position involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
• The role requires experience with object-oriented programming and cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop software components with moderate complexity.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Investigate and resolve software bugs and write relevant tests.
• Communicate project updates to the team and stakeholders.
• Build productive internal partnerships with peers and decision-makers.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in software development for mid-level roles; 5 years for senior roles.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and relational databases.
• Familiarity with agile development tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
