About Our Client
I'm partnered with the Head of Treasury at a global, billion dollar manufacturer of automotive productslocated near Deerfield (3 days in office). The company is growing through strategic acquisitions to grow their manufacturing footprint, and are now seeking to add on a Senior Financial Analyst to the team!
Reporting to the Head of Treasury, the Senior Financial Analyst will support the Treasury function by preparing reports and presentations that guide decision making across the treasury & finance functions. In addition, this individual will work a ton cross-functionally with various departments such as AP, AR, tax, operations, supply chain, and more.
Lead or contribute to Treasury initiatives involving domestic and international bank account management, including account openings and closures, account rationalization, system integrations, and bank fee analysis and reporting.
Prepare, analyze, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to support Treasury, Finance, and external banking requirements.
Analyze and oversee working capital metrics (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory) and support the Treasurer with short-term cash forecasting (including routine borrowing) and long-term cash planning.
Serve as co-administrator for online banking platforms, act as a backup approver for payments, and function as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and banking partners to resolve inquiries and issues.
Assist in the development, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of core Treasury policies and procedures.
Partner with cross-functional teams-including AR, AP, Tax, Accounting, Logistics, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance-to support forecasting, reporting, and analytical requirements.
Support the Treasurer in balance sheet and cash flow forecasting activities.
Contribute to balance sheet and cash flow hedging assessments, potential implementation efforts, valuation activities, and other Debt Capital Markets initiatives, as needed.
Prepare, review, and support financial covenant reporting and ensure compliance with banking requirements.
Cross-train on critical Treasury operations, document key processes to ensure continuity, and serve in lead or backup roles as required.
Lead select operational anti-fraud initiatives and controls.
Manage and maintain the shared Treasury calendar covering operational, transactional, payroll, and related activities.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
Manufacturing industry experience
3-5+ years of experience in a corporate treasury role
CPA / MBA a plus
SAP experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
Ability to communicate with leadership clearly and precisely
Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
