Salesforce BSA - Contract - 2 Days Hybrid (Bay Area, CA)

The person in this role should have a key understanding of Salesforce, Business Engagement, and Agile. Ability to lead and drive key customer engagement discussions, as well as, a quick learner, think outside the box, and bring new ideas to the discussion.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the salesforce platform developed meets the functional system design, business requirements,
• and software release criteria.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesfunctionalforce.com platform.
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing efforts.
• Support the development team by communicating requirements and specifications.
• Document and track software defects and enhancements including root cause.
• Superior problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6-8 years of experience in IT including 2+ years in Salesforce.
• Must have business or systems analysis experience.
• Experience with CPQ is a plus.
• Basic Salesforce Certifications are preferred.
• MS Visio, Excel, and Word experience.
