We are actively seeking a Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory to join our team. This candidate will be partnering with Firm leadership and our CFO Advisory Team by providing due diligence buy/sell side support to our small to middle market clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed financial and accounting analyses to support transaction advisory and diligence engagements.
- Assist with financial modeling, working capital analyses, and quality of earnings schedules.
- Support transaction teams with PowerPoint and Excel deliverables, including management presentations and data exhibits.
- Conduct market and industry research to assist in valuation and buyer/seller diligence processes.
- Coordinate with clients, external stakeholders, and other advisory professionals to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
- Strong analytical and accounting background; public accounting experience preferred (audit or advisory).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentation formatting.
- CPA designation or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
