Description:

• Seeking Remote Commercial Litigation / Insurance Defense Law Partner.
• This candidate would ideally have hands-on experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense.
• Minimum 5- 7 yrs. attorney experience is required.
• Portable business is not required for this partner level opportunity.
• We are looking for an absolute gunner, takes complete ownership, self-starter, loves court, very detail oriented.
• Immediate need, with full time case work available.
• Must be a Florida licensed commercial/ insurance defense litigator that also is a Florida resident.
• The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Proactive, truly experienced in commercial litigation, business trial lawyer, handling sophisticated business disputes.
• Regularly appears in Florida courts.
• Large companies, small family owned businesses, and business executive disputes Broad experience, environmental to breach of contract, to UCC, to business divorce, to art theft and all manner of business insurance defense.
• Must be ready to work ASAP, enough full-time work for over 40 billable hours per week in Florida.
• Salary range likely $375K - $475K depending upon production to start and "sky's the limit' thereafter.
• Portable book preferred, but not required.
