Job Description
We are a high-performing State Farm agency seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Producer to join our team in a remote, Florida-based role. This position is designed for candidates who already understand the State Farm agency model, systems, and workflows and can contribute immediately.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent organization and attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and service Auto, Home, Life, and Property & Casualty insurance
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective customers
• Cross-sell and round accounts within an established book of business
• Maintain accurate records in State Farm systems
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals

Requirements

• Prior State Farm insurance experience required
• Active Florida Property & Casualty license required
• Life and Health license or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
