Job Summary:
The Service Team consists of three specialized sub-teams: Enrollments, Compliance, and Broker Support. Team members receive cross-training in all areas to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each function. The primary objective is to deliver exceptional service to our Broker partners by supporting them across various tasks. High productivity and technical accuracy are both critical to success in this role.
