• 3 or more years of field service technician experience is a requirement to be considered
• 3 or more years of experience in water treatment (or related fields like paper industry, low/high-pressure boilers, wastewater, or cooling tower treatment) is also required

As a Field Service Technician, you are the front line of the company's mission-helping industries run smarter, safer, and more sustainably. This highly independent role requires technical expertise in fluid process control. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:

• Maintain and grow customer relationships by partnering with plant operators, engineers, and managers.
• Visit industrial and commercial facilities daily to monitor and optimize water systems.
• Run complex water tests, troubleshoot equipment, and apply innovative solutions to keep systems operating at peak performance.
• Use new technology and automation tools to track performance, deliver results, and document services accurately.
• Manage a service territory, requiring daily travel within a 2-3 hour radius of your home base.
• Actively support continuous improvement and expand technical knowledge through uncapped continuing education opportunities.

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• 3+ years of Field Service Technician experience is required
• 3+ years experience with a water treatment background or related industrial process control (e.g., paper, low/high-pressure boilers, wastewater, or cooling tower treatment)
• Education in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial fields
• Technical aptitude and interest in hands-on problem-solving
• Must possess a strong work ethic, curiosity, and excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities independently
• Must reside within one of the two territories
• Solid work history with a track record of success
• Travel to accounts within your territory which may require driving 3+ hours per day
• A US citizen or possess a green card
