Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll serve as a strategic leader, guiding product vision, roadmap, and execution. You'll drive innovation through market research, user discovery, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring every product initiative is purposeful, validated, and impactful to both the business and its users.

Your Daily Tasks

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate compelling product vision aligned with business strategy
• Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive research, and user research
• Develop data-driven product roadmaps with clear business impact projections
• Establish product success metrics and regularly measure/report on ROI

User Experience & Value Creation

• Lead customer discovery initiatives and user journey mapping
• Define user value propositions and measure satisfaction/adoption metrics
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure exceptional user experiences
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation programs for continuous optimization

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with engineering teams on technical feasibility and delivery planning
• Collaborate with PMO on project coordination and stakeholder communication
• Work with business stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements
• Coordinate with customer success and sales teams for market feedback

Product Management Excellence

• Work with product leadership to implement robust product discovery and validation processes
• Manage product backlog with clear prioritization frameworks
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories
• Ensure quality product launches with comprehensive go-to-market planning
• Oversee overall operations, strategy, and leadership of the product area
• Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment across all departments and functions
• Serve as primary liaison for client communication, ensuring service delivery and satisfaction
• Continuously evaluate processes to enhance client experience

Decision Making

• Exercise autonomy on decisions within direct control, escalating only significant changes
• Ensure timely delivery of work assignments with accountability for outcomes

Operational Latitude and Impact

• Set large-scale goals and objectives for team members
• Provide input into functional work standards
• Drive operational plans and outcomes with measurable business impact

The Qualifications We Seek

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience

• Experience in HR technology, workforce management, eCommerce, or related domains
• 5+ years in product management roles with proven success in B2B software products
• Track record of leading products from concept to market adoption
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product delivery frameworks
• Experience establishing and measuring product KPIs and business impact
• Background in digital transformation initiatives

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
• Cross-functional leadership experience with engineering, design, and business teams
• Knowledge of enterprise software platforms, API integrations, and system performance
• Experience with user research and discovery methodologies
• Proficiency in product analytics tools
• Ability to influence cultural change toward product-led practices
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business functions
