Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Oversee personal injury cases from intake to resolution, providing strategic direction, thorough legal research, and case development.
• Client Representation: Advocate for clients in all phases of litigation, including negotiation, mediation, settlement, and trial when necessary.
• Legal Drafting and Review: Prepare and review legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
• Discovery and Investigation: Conduct fact-finding, manage discovery processes, analyze evidence, and work with experts to strengthen case positions.
• Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress, and managing client expectations effectively.
• Court Appearances: Attend court hearings and depositions as needed, representing clients with professionalism and expertise.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, including trial experience preferred.
