Milliman's Western Region Property and Casualty (WRPC) Practice provides a wide variety of actuarial consulting services including reserve projections, feasibility studies, retention analyses, predictive modeling, rate development, rate indications, and state filing support.
WRPC services a broad array of clients in the property and casualty field, focusing primarily on loss reserve and pricing analyses for insurance companies and self-insured corporations, including alternative risk programs such as captive insurance companies. An actuary at the Analyst level contributes independently to a variety of projects and client work, with the support of a collaborative team. This is a remote position. Candidates hired into this role may work onsite in select Milliman office locations (Pasadena CA, Denver CO, or Richardson TX), if they prefer. Some work-related travel may be required; such expenses will be reimburs ed per Milliman policy.
The overall salary range for this role is $60,300 - $121,555. For candidates residing in: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $69,345 - $121,555. All other locations the salary range is $60,300 - $105,700. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education (including passed actuarial exams), relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
