Technical Specialist for Acute Care Informatics Philips Capsule Technologies, Inc (Remote, Homebased)
The Technical Specialist is responsible for analyzing customer requirements, contributing to solution design, proposing solutions for routine issues and developing tailored solutions aligned with client needs and budget constraints, working under limited supervision. The role maintains consistency and clarity in solution architecture documentation and facilitates communication of project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to stakeholders. The role develops tailored, cost-effective solutions and ensures scalability, reliability, and security through effective design principles. The role stays current on industry trends and offers clients best?in?class solutions.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office?based teams, this means working in?person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full?time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $124,000 to $165,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
