Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Ensure new accounts are accurately set up per customer expectations and internal guidelines; escalate issues with potential customer or regulatory impact. Prepare and process signature cards for new and revised accounts, including checking, savings, Safe Deposit Box, CDs, and IRAs. Monitor reports, verify documentation, correct errors, and ensure compliance with regulations such as BSA, Reg D, Reg DD, and Reg Q. Maintain strict confidentiality of customer account information to protect bank operations and uphold customer trust, in full compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies. Operate computer software and equipment, telephone, scanner and copier. Expected to develop proficiency in internal bank systems and applications. Able to hold a valid driver's license, have access to reliable transportation for arriving at work on time, work on-site at assigned location, and a willingness to extend working hours when necessary. Visual abilities required by this job include the ability to read materials in either a printed format or on a computer screen. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds.
