Summary

Licensed independent practitioner responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for assigned patient population in accordance with State and Federal regulations and nursing standards of care (assessment, diagnosis, plan of care, implementation, evaluation). Clinical management is conducted in collaboration with other health care team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Licensure with prescriptive authority.
• Current certification in specialty area.
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and PALS as required by department, depending on assigned patient population.
• Strong computer skills.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
