[REMOTE] Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: REMOTE - anywhere in Florida Offices located in Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $160,000 - $225,000 Base (negotiable) + Mo/Qtrly/Annual Bonuses (OTE= $275k-$400k+)
Bonus Opps: 10% Production/ 10%of origination fees / 5% Consult/ 10% dormant client bonuses
Production Bonus: Target = 1900 hrs/yr (36 hrs/wk); 10% production bonus ($10k+/mo)

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse commercial litigation caseloads from start to finish
• Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals
• Stay current on legal developments, regulations, and industry trends
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement
• Identify and seize business development opportunities
• Contribute to the development of legal processes and systems
• Oversee credit management and billing support activities

Qualifications

• JD and licensed to practice law in Florida required
• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience required
• 2+ years of bench trial, jury trial, and 1st or 2nd chair experience required
• Significant motion practice experience required
• Experience conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings required
