Base pay range

$155,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our New Mexico office. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience in construction defect, general liability, bodily injury, and other insurance defense matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft motions, conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
• Handle civil cases through trial

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in New Mexico (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 10+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
• Experience in construction defect, general liability and bodily injury (Required)
