What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring precision and excellence
• Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, invoicing, and account receivables
• Coordinate project schedules for multiple concurrent projects with clients
• Recruit, manage, and develop a team while providing leadership and mentorship
• Oversee technical, legal, and financial aspects of various projects

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• At least 10 years of industry experience, particularly in civil, power delivery, and renewable markets
• Full technical understanding of all aspects of remote sensing
• Strong communication skills with team members and clients
• Ability to delegate assignments and determine effective methods and procedures
