Responsibilities
Provide mortgage protection, final expense and life insurance guidance to clients virtually, answering questions and presenting solutions that meet their needs.
Meet with clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family in the event of death or disability.
Utilize exclusive, qualified direct mail leads (no cold calling) and participate in the lead program.
Schedule and conduct appointments with clients; manage lead distribution and client follow-up; close deals with top-rated carriers offering Living Benefit protection.
Represent Coury Insurance Group professionally, focusing on client education and low-pressure sales.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States.
State life insurance license required; if not licensed, assistance is provided to obtain the Life license within ~12 weeks.
Clean criminal background with background check and fingerprinting.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients over the phone or virtually.
Ethical, self-disciplined, trustworthy, growth-minded, performance-driven, and self-directed.
Independent, teachable, honest, and able to serve clients with integrity.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to follow a proven training system.
Compensation & Benefits
Current compensation ranges between 70% - 140% annual premium written per policy; commission based on activity and sales.
Average advanced commission per sale is $500$600; total commissions per sale average around $750.
