Job Overview

As a Legal Data Intelligence Education Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding client usage and adoption for all Relativity products across Legal Data Intelligence and the EDRM spectrum. You will work under the general direction of managers and Legal Data Intelligence Education Architects.

Posting Type: Remote/Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Advise and teach customers Relativity workflow solutions through proactive outreach, content creation, presentations, and responding to escalated inquiries.
• Develop onboarding guides and workflows to ensure customer success with Relativity.
• Engage with customers to encourage product adoption and satisfaction.
• Serve as a customer advocate internally to ensure end-user perspectives are considered during product development.
• Assist with team administrative functions and manage interdepartmental projects and programs.
• Provide thought leadership by speaking at industry events.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Relativity
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• At least seven years of e-discovery industry experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity applications, Text Analytics, Assisted Review, Processing, and Legal Hold

Compensation: Competitive salary between $100,000 and $150,000, including bonuses and incentives. Final salary depends on experience, skills, and internal pay structure.
