You'll use your skill set to build multichannel campaigns that align messaging to the target audience to capture interest and drive demand from buying team members at prospect and customer accounts throughout their buying journey.In this role, you will accelerate leads through the sales and marketing funnel, delivering progressive and consistent improvements in lead quantity, lead quality, and conversion rates. This role is pivotal in powering the business unit toward exceeding quarterly and annual revenue growth goals.Prior experience with SD-WAN/SASE should accelerate your success in the role, but is not a pre-requisite. You should bring with you significant experience in the use of marketing automation and analysis tools, with working knowledge of Marketo a plus.**The Work:** **What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?****Account Based Marketing-**+ Establishing and executing ABM programs targeting to key prospects and current customers+ Working across sales and product marketing to align on responsibilities across ABM demand generation and program efforts, as well as sales development representatives (SDRs) and sales engagements for each program type+ Work with product marketing to ensure consistency of messaging in demand generation campaigns to exploit competitive differentiators**Sales enablement and sales development-**+ Working with the SDR team, develop interactions that drive buyers to act, including tele-prospecting, web chat scripts and/or guidance, and email templates with copy and cadence+ Ensure that SDR outreach to the prospect buying team and outbound sales messaging are consistent with marketing messages+ Develop “sales plays” in partnership with the sales enablement team to support each demand generation initiative and to ensure alignment with sales goals**SEO/SEM**+ Implement SEO best practices to evaluate and improve inbound results quantitatively through site/page performance and engagement tools as well as qualitatively through honing the buyer's journey+ Search engine optimization (SEO) — Work with digital marketing, content teams, agencies, and web teams to deliver programs that improve organic search rankings and maximize investment in SEO.+ Search engine marketing (SEM) — Lead development of ad copy and landing pages to capture lead data from paid SEM efforts.**Marketing automation platform/digital marketing analytics-**+ Working with IT, operations, and sales leadership, optimize the closed-loop lead lifecycle to ensure that leads are efficiently prosecuted and tracked across the entire marketing and sales funnel+ Using the marketing and analytics software stack evaluate and optimize marketing efforts, fully tracking lead generation from intake to the concrete results of revenue, conversion rate, and CPL+ Working with IT and business operations to create and maintain executive dashboards and reports that clearly and concisely tie marketing initiatives and campaigns to business objectives**What is the leadership like for this role?
