Job Summary:
As a Temporary Store Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities include maintaining merchandise displays, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and helping to ensure an excellent shopping experience. You will play a key role in maximizing profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload delivery trucks and manage stock efficiently.
• Receive, unpack, and store merchandise according to company procedures.
• Build engaging merchandise displays to attract customers.
• Stock and maintain merchandise, ensuring proper rotation and presentation.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by cleaning as needed.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
• Support inventory management by using handheld scanners when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety policies and practices.
• Ability to read and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Basic understanding of cash handling procedures and mathematical skills.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
