Compensation: $64,000 to $70,000 annually, with competitive pay and bonus opportunities.

Position: Area Sales Director

Responsibilities:

1. Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and Independent Distributors (IDs).
2. Manage customer relationships, engage in sales activities, and grow customer base.
3. Identify new market opportunities and track sales data.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts for promotion and display execution.
5. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate execution wins and growth opportunities.
6. Collaborate with Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market opportunities and adjust strategies based on consumer insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in management or sales, including roles as a sales rep or distributor.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
