Position: Area Sales Director

Responsibilities:

• Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and Independent Distributors (IDs).
• Manage customer relationships, engage in sales activities, and grow customer base.
• Identify new market opportunities and track sales data.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate execution wins and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities, leveraging consumer insights to refine sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in management or sales roles, including as a sales rep or distributor.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
