The candidate consistently demonstrates leadership and expertise inMcDonald's brand values and systems to build positive relationships with General Managers, team members, customers, and suppliers. the candidate is responsible for coaching the overall operational activities of the restaurants, working together with General Managers to achieve results.The Area Supervisor supervises the General Managers to achieve operational results; uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness; achieve health department standards; and provide timely execution of new initiatives, products, and equipment launches. The candidate ensures that financial performance of each restaurant in sales andprofitability within McDonald's norms.
